A Message From Our Leadership
Financial Planning is all about who we are as a University. Throughout the planning cycle we are making tradeoffs which speaks to our values and our commitment to the mission. Within the Office of Planning and Budget we seek to collaborate with the divisions across the institution to support our collective vision. To that end, our processes are designed to assist leadership across the University to employ and monitor business strategies that ensure resource allocation decisions align with the broader mission. We are also keenly aware of our competitive environment and seek to develop a financial plan that leverages our strengths division by division and allows for continued strategic investments that maximizes our reach and enhances our long-term financial viability.
